As you probably know by now, we’ve changed our online veterinary service from FirstVet to Joii. Starting today, you’ll be able to access all the pet-related help you need at your fingertips through a designated app. It’s super easy to sign up and we’re here to show you how.

Joii is an amazing platform that provides instant support for any poorly pets as well as just general advice on diet, healthcare, and other concerns you may have. By being a member of Waggel, you can access the Joii app 24/7 for no additional charge. This is just one of the many perks you unlock when you take out a policy for your pet.

All you have to do is visit the Joii website or download their app from the app store on your smartphone. (Joii is available on both iPhone and Android devices.)

Once you've downloaded the app or visited their site, click ‘Register Now’ to be directed to a sign-up page. Here, you’ll be asked to choose your pet insurance provider. All that's left to do is choose Waggel and proceed to the next steps, where you'll be asked to create an account with your email address and a password.

Once you've created your account, you can continue to enter your personal details. Make sure you use the name, email, phone number and postcode associated with your Waggel account so Joii can match your information correctly.

Don’t worry; you won’t be charged a penny. You can connect your Waggel policy safely and securely by following the above steps. You can also personalise your account by adding a photo of your furry friend.
